挑戰自我作文600字

我們只有勇于挑戰自我，才能使自己進步的更快。

已經連續下了好幾天的雨了，天還是陰陰的，騎車再去學游泳的路上，太陽從云彩后面露出一點頭。我心里想，今天拿的'雨衣又沒用了。在清涼的水中，陽光透過玻璃窗灑在水面上，誰在陽光的照耀下，波光粼粼，格外暖和。天有不測風云，就在我們快要下課的時候，金燦燦的水面瞬間變成了深藍色，隨之而來的還有幾道閃電和沉悶的雷聲。

換完衣服，面對如此傾盆大雨，大家都不約而同的站在了門口，束手無策。我想到了籃子里的雨衣，本想豁出去了，沒成想，剛穿上雨衣一聲巨雷突然到來。我望而止步，因為我非常害怕，我從來沒有在這種天氣出行過。我本想等雨停了后再走，但是誰知道它會不會停，我決定沖一下。

我重新穿上雨衣，旁邊的人都用驚訝的眼光看著我，不敢相信我會冒險闖出去。我打開車鎖，騎上自行車，我的褲子濕了，雨點打在我的臉上我也顧不得了，一聲聲的雷響只會激勵我騎得更快。到家了，把車子停到地下室之后，雖然衣服濕了一些，但是我的心里很高興，我終于戰勝自己了！

在學游泳之前，我并不知道我可以憋氣多少秒。但是，第一天老師布置了一個作業，憋氣三十秒。我在水下，使勁的是自己不喘氣，知道我感覺我再也沒法憋下去，臉都通紅時，我抬起頭來了。我不敢相信，我竟然憋了33秒。幾天后，我已經很輕松了，可是老師又調到了40秒。我第一次使勁憋，竟然到了50秒。所以說，我們要不斷挑戰自己的極限，循序漸進，才能使自己進步得更快。我們如果想要進步，就一定要挑戰自己的最大限度。
