我們只有勇于挑戰(zhàn)自我，才能使自己進(jìn)步的更快。

已經(jīng)連續(xù)下了好幾天的雨了，天還是陰陰的，騎車再去學(xué)游泳的路上，太陽(yáng)從云彩后面露出一點(diǎn)頭。我心里想，今天拿的'雨衣又沒用了。在清涼的水中，陽(yáng)光透過(guò)玻璃窗灑在水面上，誰(shuí)在陽(yáng)光的照耀下，波光粼粼，格外暖和。天有不測(cè)風(fēng)云，就在我們快要下課的時(shí)候，金燦燦的水面瞬間變成了深藍(lán)色，隨之而來(lái)的還有幾道閃電和沉悶的雷聲。

換完衣服，面對(duì)如此傾盆大雨，大家都不約而同的站在了門口，束手無(wú)策。我想到了籃子里的雨衣，本想豁出去了，沒成想，剛穿上雨衣一聲巨雷突然到來(lái)。我望而止步，因?yàn)槲曳浅：ε拢覐膩?lái)沒有在這種天氣出行過(guò)。我本想等雨停了后再走，但是誰(shuí)知道它會(huì)不會(huì)停，我決定沖一下。

我重新穿上雨衣，旁邊的人都用驚訝的眼光看著我，不敢相信我會(huì)冒險(xiǎn)闖出去。我打開車鎖，騎上自行車，我的褲子濕了，雨點(diǎn)打在我的臉上我也顧不得了，一聲聲的雷響只會(huì)激勵(lì)我騎得更快。到家了，把車子停到地下室之后，雖然衣服濕了一些，但是我的心里很高興，我終于戰(zhàn)勝自己了！

在學(xué)游泳之前，我并不知道我可以憋氣多少秒。但是，第一天老師布置了一個(gè)作業(yè)，憋氣三十秒。我在水下，使勁的是自己不喘氣，知道我感覺我再也沒法憋下去，臉都通紅時(shí)，我抬起頭來(lái)了。我不敢相信，我竟然憋了33秒。幾天后，我已經(jīng)很輕松了，可是老師又調(diào)到了40秒。我第一次使勁憋，竟然到了50秒。所以說(shuō)，我們要不斷挑戰(zhàn)自己的極限，循序漸進(jìn)，才能使自己進(jìn)步得更快。我們?nèi)绻胍M(jìn)步，就一定要挑戰(zhàn)自己的最大限度。
