其實，光是這些還不算什么，重要的是要保持這樣的姿勢站立很長時間，即使身體上的哪些部位癢癢或是有蟲子之類的生物在身邊飛也不能動彈。

拔軍姿真的很鍛煉人，它教會了我們什么叫毅力，什么叫堅持，更告訴了我們部隊有鐵的紀律，不能因為自己的小動作而影響了整體。

在這里，我想到了那些戰士們，他們是國家的護衛軍，更是勇敢、無私的象征。
