爸爸、媽媽、老師常常對我說“節儉”食物，不能“浪費”食物，否則就會沒有了，爺爺和奶奶也常常對我說不能糟蹋食物，這些米粒都是農夫辛辛苦苦耕種的，所以，都要吃得干干凈凈才行。

節儉的方法就是關好水龍頭、隨手關電燈、不能亂買玩具、少去郊外游玩、不能亂花錢、食物要吃干凈、不能一直買新衣服。

浪費就是一直買玩具、浪費大自然的能源、買不必要的物品、食物還沒吃完就丟掉、把錢都拿去買豪宅、水龍頭的水不關，這樣錢會漸漸花光的.。
